JOB DESCRIPTION / DESIRED SKILLS:

Initiate investment analysis on new tax credit investments and underwrite and manage documentation towards a timely closing.  Evaluate market data, perform site visits, analyze financing, and collect project-specific documentation.  Make investment recommendations and assist in the presentation of the investment to the real estate investments committee.

Degree in Finance, Business, Planning, Real Estate or other relevant area, or an equivalent education provided by depth of experience.  Strong communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.  Be familiar with mathematical models and Excel spreadsheet software and have the ability to exercise independent judgment.

This position will report to the Vice President of Community Investments in San Francisco.
